Keyboard Shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts help you work faster by reducing the need for mouse interactions. Some pages in the application support shortcuts for common actions, and more will be added over time.
This page documents the currently available shortcuts and how to access them.
Viewing Available Shortcuts
On supported pages, you can open the Keyboard Shortcuts table using:
- macOS:
Cmd + / - Windows:
Ctrl + /
The shortcuts table automatically adapts to your operating system:
- Windows users see Windows key combinations
- macOS users see Mac key combinations
Extraction Review Page
The Extraction Review page supports keyboard shortcuts for lookup actions and task-related workflows. These shortcuts are designed to speed up document review and task handling.
Available Shortcuts

| Complete Task | Ctrl + Alt + Enter | Cmd + Option + Return | Triggers task completion if all validations pass |
| Reject Task | Ctrl + Alt + R | Cmd + Option + R | Opens the reject task modal |
| Reassign Task | Ctrl + Alt + A | Cmd + Option + A | Opens the reassign task modal |
| Show All Shortcuts | Ctrl + / | Cmd + / | Displays the keyboard shortcuts table |
